Inclement Weather Plans

Students will be notified via their Pepperdine email at the earliest possible time if graduation will be moved indoors. Typically this email notice is sent the day prior to graduation and only after consultation with University officials and surrounding agencies. Students should be aware of and communicate with their guests any surrounding road closures or construction that may impact travel times. Pepperdine's road conditions hotline is updated regularly: 310.506.ROAD (7623).

In the event of rain, high winds, or inclement weather and unless otherwise posted on this website, in inclement weather graduation will be held in the Firestone Fieldhouse.

• Graduates will assemble in the rafters on the West side of the Firestone Fieldhouse.
• Faculty and the platform party will assemble in Heritage Hall.
• Parking will remain in the Firestone Fieldhouse lot, see Malibu Campus map labeled "Lot A."
