The Pepperdine School of Public Policy prepares policy and political leaders through unique and distinctive online education programs. For over a decade, our Davenport Institute for Public Engagement and Civic Leadership has trained thousands of state and local government officials to better engage their residents in policymaking and to improve the transparency and responsiveness of their public agencies through technology. Our Education Policy & Impact Initiative convenes national K-12 policy experts and policy practitioners to discuss the significant changes in our education systems due to the pandemic. And our American Project at SPP offers various online programs that teach viewpoint diversity to policy and political communicators. The grounding commitment undergirding all of our programs is the focus on preparing servant leaders for an increasingly polarized public square.
