Graduation Guest Information

We kindly suggest that prospective graduates ask their guests to arrive by 9:45 a.m. on the day of graduation since seating is first-come, first-served. The graduation ceremony starts promptly at 10:30 a.m. Access to the graduation on Alumni Park is wheelchair accessible and spaces will be reserved accordingly. Prospective graduates, whose guests require special services, should contact the Office of the Dean two weeks prior to the graduation ceremony.  As this is an outdoor ceremony; sunscreen, sunglasses, and hats are recommended for sun-sensitive guests (umbrellas are not permitted). A limited number of open seats are available under a canopy for sun-sensitive guests.
