Session Two:

Thursday-Friday, November 21-22, 2024

Location:

Pepperdine University, Chateau d' Hauteville

The intersection of technology and government processes is changing the ways local institutions engage with and inform their citizens. This is particularly true in the area of energy where technology is changing not only how we evaluate energy consumption and environmental impacts, but also the very sources of energy itself from solar to geothermal.

Leading effectively during this era of great change requires not only knowledge about how these technologies work and fit together, but also how best engage our public during all of these transitions.

In this Professional Certificate offered by Pepperdine University's School of Public Policy, participants will learn about these technologies and change management skills through both lectures and small group exercises.  Led by experts in their fields, including Pepperdine University's Professor Jonathan Reichental, participants will gain both local and global perspectives on these issues.

The registration for this pair of two-day sessions will include all meals, and is limited to 25 participants.

Cost: 500 ChF ($558). Upon registration, you will be sent an invoice.
