Community Lifelines: Energy Workshop

Tuesday, November 5, 2019

8:00 AM – 2:30 PM
The L.A. Grand Hotel Downtown

Los Angeles, CA 90071

When it comes to power outages—short term, long term, planned, and spontaneous—what do preparedness, response, and recovery look like?

HSAC@SPP is excited to present a new series of workshops focused on FEMA's seven Community Lifelines. Each workshop will cover a specific lifeline and its components, starting with the Energy Lifeline.

Power outages are a continuous concern throughout California, whether they are short-term, long-term, planned, or spontaneous. During the Community Lifelines: Energy Workshop, we will discuss community preparedness for power outages and foster cross-sector collaboration to identify the needs of the whole-community.
