Viva Voce- The Living Voice

"Viva Voce" is a periodic, academic thought piece, derived from essays and excerpted talks authored by School of Public Policy faculty, visiting scholars, and adjunct professors. "Viva Voce" is intended to host a continuing conversation about how we can effect policy change through our own best efforts in both empirical and qualitative disciplines.
