Pete Peterson (MPP '07) on Future of California's Republican Party | 89.3 KPCC
Pete Peterson (MPP '07), executive director of the Davenport Institute for Public Engagement and Civic Leadership, participated on a panel hosted by 89.3 KPCC series entitled, "The Future of California's Republican Party," on March 2, 2015, at the Sunnylands Center & Gardens in Rancho Mirage, California. The panel discussed how political parties will shift in the decades to come, what issues will matter most to voters in 2016, and what platforms the GOP may begin to accept. Also examined were the winning strategies in a state where large swaths of voters don’t feel represented by either party, and all the old affiliations may be up for grabs. Watch the livestream here.
