The School of Public Policy will present the annual Licata Lecture, "The Challenge to Liberty and Democracy." Gordon Lloyd, professor of public policy, who will speak about his most recent book coauthored with David Davenport, The New Deal & Modern American Conservatism: A Defining Rivalry, on Tuesday, January 28, at 11 a.m., in the Wilburn Auditorium.
