Dr. James Prieger and Dr. Jonathan Kulick Author New Publications on Tobacco Regulation

Dr. James Prieger, associate professor of public policy, and Dr. Jonathan Kulick, project director, at the School of Public Policy have published two new publications on tabacco regulation:

• “Unintended Consequences of Cigarette Prohibition, Regulation, and Taxation” (with Mark Kleiman) was accepted in March 2016, and forthcoming in the International Journal of Law, Crime and Justice.

  “Countervailing Effects: What the FDA Would Have to Know to Evaluate Tobacco Regulations” (with Mark Kleiman) was accepted in March 2016, and forthcoming in the Journal of Drug Policy Analysis.
