Dr. James Prieger, associate professor of public policy, and Dr. Jonathan Kulick, project director, at the School of Public Policy have published two new publications on tabacco regulation:
- “Unintended Consequences of Cigarette Prohibition, Regulation, and Taxation” (with Mark Kleiman) was accepted in March 2016, and forthcoming in the International Journal of Law, Crime and Justice.
“Countervailing Effects: What the FDA Would Have to Know to Evaluate Tobacco Regulations” (with Mark Kleiman) was accepted in March 2016, and forthcoming in the Journal of Drug Policy Analysis.
