Dr. James Prieger and Dr. Jonathan Kulick presented their research at the Eastern Economic Association 42nd Annual Conference on February 25-28, 2016, in Washington, D.C. They presented their coauthored papers, "Introducing New Data on the Prevalence of Illicit Trade in Cigarettes" and "Cigarette Taxes and Illicit Trade in Europe"

Prieger is associate professor of public policy and an economist specializing in regulatory economics, industrial organization, and applied econometrics.

Kulick is senior project director and a policy analyst and engineer, with experience in a broad range of domestic and international issues.
