Dr. James Prieger Participates in Webinar on Net Neutrality

James Prieger, associate professor of public policy, participated in a webinar entitled, "Net Neutrality: FCC and Congressional Options and Alternatives for an Open Internet," on October 16, 2014, hosted by the Digital Policy Institute at Ball State University.
