Marlon Graf
Biography
Marlon Graf is an associate director at Precision and adjunct professor of public policy at Pepperdine University, with expertise in mixed-methods research in various therapeutic areas such as infectious diseases, cardiology, oncology, neurology, hematology, and rare diseases. Prior to joining Precision, Graf was a senior research associate at the Milken Institute and an assistant policy analyst/doctoral fellow at the RAND Corporation. He has conducted qualitative and quantitative analyses on a wide range of policy issues, including alcohol and crime control, innovation, technology and economic growth, skills development and workforce training, as well as financial decision-making and higher education finance. Graf holds a B.Sc. in business administration from the University of Mannheim (Germany), an MPP from the University of California, Los Angeles, and a PhD in policy analysis from the Pardee RAND Graduate School.
