P4 Partnership Program

A robust consortium of leading institutions shaping the next generation of global policymakers.

The Pepperdine School of Public Policy (SPP) is committed to our founding principles in preparing the next generation of public leaders. Our unique Master of Public Policy curriculum balances the quantitative aspects of policy analysis with the study of applied history and philosophy to develop public leaders who consider their "moral sense" upon entering careers in the private sector, nonprofit and civic arenas, government, and academia.
Some of our most successful students are those who have graduated from or participated in respected social science programs and co-curricular fellowships. To recognize the rigor of these programs, we launched the Pepperdine Policy Partners Program—"P4"—making available admission and program benefits to P4 Master of Public Policy applicants.

"My experience at SPP has been incredible, giving me the chance to meet amazing professors from diverse professional backgrounds while building meaningful friendships in my cohort. SPP's curriculum is unique and has challenged me both academically and professionally in various ways. I have had many opportunities to hear from guest speakers across government, non-profit, and private sector fields, attend conferences, and take on leadership positions. The support from SPP's staff and faculty is truly incredible, as there is always someone there to provide guidance and make meaningful connections."

“My experience at SPP has been crucial in helping me pursue my career goal of working in the field of International Relations. The classes that I have taken and connections I have made prepared me for my professional experience in Tbilisi, Georgia, where I was able to get a better understanding for the domestic political situation here, as well as for growing my expertise in the South Caucasus region. The world class curriculum, professors, and staff have constantly displayed their care for helping develop young professionals and master's students with tailored approaches and constant availability for questions and support."

“Coming to SPP has been one of the best decisions I ever made. I've not only built a strong new network, but I've also been introduced to a new family. Pepperdine's close-knit community has allowed me not only to flourish but also to be introduced to ideas I never would have imagined. I'm thankful for the professors who have pushed me to try new experiences and step far beyond my comfort zone!”
